Boxing Progams
Transform your body and mind to warrior-status while learning the essentials of boxing from actual boxers and coaches. Real boxing conditioning, combos and techniques unlike the cookie-cutter cardio-boxing classes seen elsewhere. Boxers of all shapes and experience levels welcome in this no-contact 8-week package

- Invite to weekly semi-private class (Tuesdays at 7pm / Saturdays at 1pm)
- $75/weekly – 8 weeks
Graduates of the Contender Program level up and save $20 a week with the Competitor Program that preps members like you are in a fight camp (no fighting required). Members of this program are either prepping for their first amateur bout or replicating the intense workouts and skill-based drills required to do so. Your mental toughness will reach new heights while your muscle tone and conditioning does the same.

Graduates of the Contender and Competitor Programs get a loyalty discount ($40 off a month) and all of the previous benefits. Members interested in competing pursue ongoing competition and fitness-focused (non-contact) members continue improving speed, power, agility and cardiovascular conditioning while learning advanced techniques and styles.

Boxing For Breakfast: Spike your metabolism while learning combos and counters in this fast-paced and informative 45-minute workout. Unlike cardio boxing classes you’ll normally find, ‘Boxing For Breakfast’ educates boxers on proper offensive/defensive technique and styles while helping you burn more calories than you could elsewhere.
Restoration Strength: Let’s face it, life can beat up your body when you aren’t working to keep yourself balanced, strong and flexible. Join this class for a functional and restorative workout that addresses typical dysfunction we run into via fast-paced and high-stress jobs that age and weaken our bodies. Progressions and regressions for every exercise to make your workout tailor-made for you.
Kettlebell Blast: Kettlebells have been used by the toughest and most-skilled athletes for a reason. Learn movement basics and beyond as you increase strength, power and stability that directly transfers to your functional health and athleticism.
Inner Power Yoga: Students of all levels grow strength from the inside out by using yoga to strike the balance between your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects.
Core Shred: Prepare everything between your chest and knees for stability and explosive power that will bring your body to the next level. You’ll develop the muscles needed to combat injury, improve sport and turn heads on the beach.
SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness) Attack: Improve your sport game with a class designed to make you run faster, move quicker and stop on a dime. You’ll perform drills tried and approved by the highest level of athletes to get quicker, faster and more agile. Great for athletes of all experience levels and ages.
Tabata Morning: Tabata is an intense circuit scientifically proven to improve your power and cardio endurance while spiking your metabolism for hours afterwards. If you are looking for a quick and explosive workout to get you the fastest and most impactful gains possible, this is the class! While this class is challenging for even athletes at their peak, regressions are available for all exercises.
